Mitzvah Day 2023

One of our most well-attended events is Mitzvah Day. Mitzvah Day is a day when the BTEE Family comes together and performs what some Mitzvah Mensches refer to as “Mitzvah Magic!”

It’s an event that takes on the spirit of Tikkun Olam (Our obligation to “Repair the World”). Toddlers to Seniors work side by side as they complete various projects to help the community. The magic starts months before the Actual Mitzvah Day (first Sunday in November) as members begin to collect items from our Mitzvah Day Shopping list. By Mitzvah Day, BTEE’s very own Mitzvah Train is full of abundant goods..
