SCROLL OF REMEMBRANCE

“May the Memories of Our Loved Ones Be for a Blessing”

Do you have a name to add to BTEE’s Scroll of Remembrance?

Perhaps the most sacred moment of the High Holiday season is when, as a community, we collectively and individually recall those loved ones who are no longer with us.  We Bless their Memory during a Yarhzeit.

This coming Yom Kippur, add to the importance of the holiest day of the year. It is our custom at BTEE to have a SCROLL OF REMEMBRANCE slideshow video playing in the Kalkin Garden, during the Yizkor service, which will be on Oct 2, 2025 this year. This will include images and names of those who have passed on and are being remembered.

Send pictures in either "Large" or "Actual size" formats to jmoyal@btee.org.  No Later than Sept 20th. If you've sent Johanna pictures in the past, no need to resend.

The 5786/2025 Yizkor Scroll of Remembrance will include all names that were listed last year.

ANNUAL APPEAL DONATION

This is the time of year where we reflect upon our commitments to Torah (lifelong learning), avodah (worship) and gemilut hasadim (acts of loving kindness). Membership dues alone are not enough to support all the great things we do at our synagogue.  As we gather together this High Holy Day season, we ask you to consider contributing your Annual Appeal pledge.
